Gold Rush Technology use TeamViewer to remotely access your system easily and securely when you need help.
If you need some help, call us on 1300 737 907. You will be asked to download the Remote Support Client.
Follow the instructions below:

Step 1.
Click on the button to download Team viewer.

Step 2.
Select "Save".
|

Step 3.
Save the file to your desktop.
|

Step 4.
Open the Icon on your desktop.
|
| |
|
|
 |

Step 5.
Select "Run".
|

|
|
 |
|
Step 6.
A window will open with an ID number and Password.
You will need to tell your Gold Rush Technology Support Representative your ID to complete the connection.
