would use our Prepaid Consulting Services?
Our Prepaid Consulting Services are our most popular way of
paying for IT Consulting and support. It suits small to medium
businesses who want to receive value and commitment, but don't
require a Service Level Agreement. Purchasing your support in
advance saves you money, reduces overheads, gives you free phone
support and value for money.

Prepaid
Consulting Services Terms & Conditions
- All prices quoted are Ex GST
- Onsite time will be billed in completed 15-minute intervals,
minimum of one unit,
within 30 minutes of Eltham
North, and two units all other metropolitan locations.
One unit of Prepaid Consulting Services purchases one hour.
- Free telephone support for calls less than 15 minutes. Calls
longer than 15 minutes will be billed at 1 unit per hour, minimum
of 0.25 units.
- Remote support involves accessing your computer systems
remotely via secure connection over the Internet. Requires that you
have supporting software (Terminals Services/Remote Desktop) and a
broadband connection to the Internet.
- Remote support is billed at 0.25 units. No call out fee will be
charged for normal priority consulting services.
When less 10% of the number of units purchased, or one unit or less
remains of Prepaid Consulting Services, a Tax Invoice will be
raised to renew the Prepaid Consulting Services. This will be
accompanied by a Prepaid Consulting Services Status report. A
Prepaid Consulting Services Status report can be obtained on
request at any time. If payment is received within 14 days of the
Invoice Date, 10% bonus units will be added to your Prepaid
Consulting Services.
- Prepaid Consulting Services units will expire if no units are
used in the 12-month period..Expired units can be reactivated with
the purchase of additional units within three months of their
expiration.
- Time worked in excess of Prepaid Consulting Services units
purchased will be charged at $165.00 (ex GST) per unit when Prepaid
Consulting Services are not renewed. Minimum charge of one
unit.
Prices, Terms and Conditions effective from 1st October, 2008.
- Payment of Tax Invoice is acceptance of all Terms and
Conditions.
